at www.lifequotes.com, and/or those life insurance companies that require
affinity membership in any group. This guarantee does not pertain to keypunch or transcription errors made by Life Quotes'
personnel during a phone call conversation.
This offer is open to any person not employed within the insurance industry. This offer is limited to one paid reward per

illustration system then in use by that company; no other insurance agency software illustrations will be acceptable.

a $500 check to you on the first working day of the next month as a reward for bringing such news to our attention. Under state
